Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Returns are subject to certain conditions: your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we approve your return, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept items returned directly without a return request.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Handling Size Issues
If an item does not fit your dog: We recommend an exchange rather than a refund.
We offer: Free exchanges for size issues on first-time orders; customers in remote areas are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
We’re very sorry, but we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item and purchase the new one separately once the return is accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return the item within 14 days for any reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
